The Daily Signal gives us a look at the federal spending bill that will pass by tomorrow.  The $1.1 trillion spending bill has both side claiming victory, but we doubt any taxpayer is going to be pleased with the amount of spending,  especially the funding of the Green Climate Fund that helps fund President Obama's current pet project, the Paris climate "treaty."

The Hill gives us a lowdown on the $650 billion tax portion, again with both sides "scoring" policy wins.

Speaker Ryan,  considered a budget hawk, promised the process will change.

But if Hillary is elected, expect an additional $1 trillion in spending
